You might use a browser extension that lets you block websites, but these are easy to turn off. You just need to go into incognito mode and most extensions won’t run – not that I should be putting ideas in your head!
You can add rules to your router but this will affect everyone trying to access certain sites and if you really need to stop access to Facebook, Tumblr or Netflix then there is a fool-proof way to do it. You need to be a bit technical to do this – and make sure you backup everything first which goes without saying.
