Apparently my chronic tardiness is all down to what the WSJ calls “Planning Fallacy” – and do you know what, I think they’re on to something. Recently I’ve started to add 15 to 20 minutes on to any estimated times I come up with and it seems to be working – fingers crossed I can keep it up!
