You wear the hats of marketer, accountant, sales, operations, admin, project manager and you’re the creative powerhouse behind your brand. We get it, with so much on your plate, productivity is not simply a buzzword but it’s a crucial skill.

Optimising your time and energy isn’t a luxury, it’s an essential. So here are 11 strategies to help you maximise your productivity and avoid burn out as a solo entrepreneur.

1. Set Clear Goals

Do you have clarity on your goals? Without clear goals, you risk spending your days putting out fires rather than building your business. Consider breaking your tasks into three categories:
