Online Standing vs Sitting Calorie Counter – JustStand.org
I’ve written in a couple of round-ups about how standing desks can be beneficial to your health and this website allows you to calculate how many calories you’d burn standing versus sitting based on your weight – note that it doesn’t take into account any movement so if you’re in retail or a job that requires you to move about it probably won’t be that accurate for you but if you sit behind a desk and are quite sedentary all day then the results may surprise you.

Say hello to hygge: The Danish secret to happiness – Telegraph
Hygge (pronounced Hoo-Gah) is a new wellness trend following hot on the heels of Marie Kondo’s “The Life Changing Magic Of Tidying Up”. This technique comes from Denmark – regularly voted the world’s happiest country and involves essentially making time for you, and making sure your surroundings are as relaxing and supportive as possible. I’ll be looking into this idea a bit more soon so make sure to keep an eye out!
