During this time the heat and high temperatures do their thing, being exposed to the sun for a long time could cause dehydration, heatstroke and even fainting. The best way to avoid it is to drink enough water and don’t wait until you are thirsty!

Do not forget your hair either! Taking care of our hair all year round is super important and in summer much more so. The chlorine in the pools and being in the sun for a long time among other factors make our hair dry out and not look healthy.

Without a doubt, exercising when we are on vacation is something that often causes us laziness – why exercise when you can sit by a pool and sun yourself!

Remember though that exercising will help you stay physically and mentally healthy and with this you will not only manage to be in shape, increase your self-esteem, drain stress and burn those calories that you got when we ate that candy, it’s also the key to staying healthy

Stop making excuses and don’t skip exercising! If you don’t want to, or can’t go to a gym then exercise outdoors you will enjoy it very much. Running or jogging on the beach, hiking through the mountains and even training in a park will clear your mind and best of all, you will stay healthy.
