November A5 & Happy Planner Monthly Kit

These inserts can be resized for A5 planners too - see the readme file for more info. The pages themselves are undated so you can use them for any month you like. The theme this month, as it's designed for November, is Autumn. The leaves are falling and the woods and hedgerows are filled with colours - what a perfect time of the year!
